hey i got the this should be shipped message on the 18th... saying it would go out the 20th. and i know i need to allow 5-8 buisness days for shipment, which has now passed... and it is usually here way faster then that. is there a way to track the order to see when it will arrive or if it got held up?

Due to the inclement weather in the Seattle area earlier this month, our warehouse was closed for a week. This resulted in a large backlog of orders going out. Therefore the shipment of your order was delayed. We have worked through the backlog and are getting back on schedule as quickly as possible.

I apologize for the delay, but please give your package an extra week or two to arrive.
