Holiday Promo Code Invalid?

Only 10:54ish over here and the promo code wouldn't work for me. Tried to use it once before and it didn't work because the product I bought was a non-Paizo download but now it won't even work for a Paizo download (Jade Regent#2), which I've left in my shopping cart.

I know I'm not the only one with this problem because I followed a link posted by Liz to get here to make this post.

Well, midnight has come and gone and it's now February. So I guess the issue is moot.

The holiday code is a nice little Christmas bonus sort of thing but it's also really frustrating. I've never used them because the only real value from it would be something I'm not already subscribed to. Very little new product got released in January, and most of that was subscription material. So what exactly are we supposed to use the discount code on? Old stuff? That'd be fine except that anything I want I've already bought.

I suppose it's probably aimed more at non-subscribers but when the card itself says that it's a thank you for your support and my whole reason for subscribing is to give that support I'm being thanked for...I don't know, it just strikes me as a pretty mixed message.

I looked through your order history, and your holiday code was applied to order 1915430. Unfortunately, there was nothing on this order that qualified for the discount. It was placed before we noticed that a part of the system was not working, which was supposed to prevent the use of the holiday code on an order like this.

I have, therefore, manually applied the code to the Paizo PDF in your shopping cart. It should carry through, if you decide to complete the order after all. If it does not, just let me know and I will fixify it.

The code could be used on non-Paizo products as well—that's nearly 20,000 eligible items to choose from.
