I'm having a small dispute with my player about who besides Kazavon (and therefor Ileosa) is considered a "follower of Zon-Kuthon", mostly for the purpose of deciding who activates Serithtial's freedom of movement/death wards effects.
Or would you consider like like the bane effects of the sword and as long as they work for Ileosa, the sword will count them for it's "greater purpose"?
Thanks!

For the purposes of the AP the following come to mind.
Ileosa, Count Sial, Laori Vaus, Kazavon, and Kleestad. There maybe a few others in the final chapter, which I don't have handy that would count as well.

Buffering text at the beginning of the post, because I know I get irritated by spoilers in floatover text. Payin' it forward! :)
IIRC it's actually suggested that anyone loyal to Ileosa or serving her is by proxy serving Zon-Kuthon. So besides the obvious folks(Laori, Sial), you've got the Grey Maidens, the boggards, and most if not all of the devils in Castle Korvosa, and any other agents of the Queen. Even Sabina Merrin would count if she remained loyal to her queen, but by-the-book that's ended by Crown of Fangs.
Depending on how Korvosa has developed in your campaign, this doesn't necessarily mean that Serithtial is going to be rocking out at maximum capacity against every enemy they might face in Crown of Fangs. Rolth and his crew were pretty much a wild card third party in ours, as much of a thorn in the queen's side as he was for the party. From reading about other folks' groups, the Arkonas could easily wind up in that position as well if any of them survive long enough. Certain individuals in the Acadamae could fit the bill too.
