I keep getting errors with my shopping cart and I have not been able to complete the purchase.
Usually I get to the point where I try to adjust the Store Credit to 0 *don’t want to use it with this purchase* and then it errors out with a notification that you guys have been notified.
Been happening since last night on 2 different PCs.

Since I still cannot complete my order I am assuming it was harder to fix then they thought it would be?

Yes and no.
I guess that they fixed the bug, but they are waiting on some unrelated thing to "roll the site" which will put the fix in place. (...?) Or something like that. I'm not sure, really. When the tech team starts trying to explain things to me, they quickly outstrip my knowledge of such matters and my head enters this weird fugue state where technical terms just flail uselessly against the borders of my consciousness before sliding off like water off a duck's back... I actually think that they are mostly either robots or aliens. Or both.
The upshot is this: I have manually set the order to use zero store credit. Give it another shot and see if this change I made stuck. If it did not, let me know (along with any other changes you need made) and I will process the order manually. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but just let me know what you need done and I will see to it.

The changes you made did not stick and I got an error again trying to make the store credit zero.
What I am looking for is to make the order not using any store credit, using my Pathfinder Battles Subscriber Encounter Pack Discount codes on both packs using the same credit card and mailing address as my subscription and using the cheapest shipping method.
