Where can I find the official inquisitor and witch stat block?

As the title asks, I am looking for the official stat block of an inquisitor and witch character. It's the specific formatting that I am trying to find. Does anybody know where these are located?

At the end of this free module, you'll find some of the iconics for APG classes. Maybe it can help.
