Hey I'm just checking something, wondering if there's different opinions on this.
When the book says a character with a BAB of atleast +1 can draw a weapon as part of a regular move, does that mean as part of a move action, (moving, sheathing another weapon, etc) or as part of the specific move action "Move?"

As far as I know, a 'regular move' is a move action to move up to the characters speed.
The simplest move action is moving your speed. If you take this kind of move action during your turn, you can't also take a 5-foot step. Many nonstandard modes of movement are covered under this category, including climbing (up to one-quarter of your speed) and swimming (up to one-quarter of your speed).
So, fun fact, as long as you are climbing or swimming at only one-quarter of your speed, you can draw a weapon while doing so.

Unless you consider the word "regular" prohibitive of "nonstandard" movement types. As far as I know, it's the only reference to "regular" anything in the book, which is why it's so odd.

The way I read it and always seen it run is you can combine it with actual movement but not other move equivalent actions. So drawing a sword while moving is find, drawing it while sheathing another is not.
The way I look at it, movement just requires your legs, drawing a sword requires your hands, so you can combine them.

I find the mental image of drawing a weapon with several of the types of move actions interesting, especially, you know, drawing a weapon.
