You should be able to delete any alias that hasn't made any posts. For instance, I have two unused aliases at the moment, and they both have a "Delete" link next to them on the "My Account" page.
Looking at your list of aliases, only one of them has 0 posts listed. Hence you only have one alias you can delete. Or are you saying you can't delete "GM Sunderstone"?

If you delete an alias that has posted ... what happens to the threads you posted in? Your whole post disappears and takes part of the conversation with it? Or there's just an anonymous unattributed post?
That's why you can't delete an alias you've posted with; it tampers with the historical record. I suppose customer service could change the post to your default alias, but I don't think they will because then they'll be inundated with people wanting to trim their alias list.

There should be functionality to delete aliases in a 'previous' PbP campaign. In an ideal world, I could delete all my chapter 1 kingmaker aliases which I don't need anymore and have the author of the posts they made be switched to my default DM alias.
It would certainly help with my 40+ something aliases.

It would certainly make it more confusing for anyone who wanted to go back and read your chapter 1, with lots of NPCs speaking, all as DM AK.
I'd prefer a way to mark aliases as inactive without making any actual changes to the historical record. That way, they wouldn't show up on your drop-down list, but people would still be able to tell who is saying what in old games.
