Does Spell Perfection (animate dead) double the benefit of the Undead Master feat? In other words, would you be treated as eight levels higher for the purposes of undead HD you can control?
Or is that not considered a "set numerical bonus?"
It's a set number and it's a bonus so I would say yes.
