Isn't this the game company that is famous for waiting to release a game until they are satisfied with it?
Also, those changes don't sound all that hard. Some work, certainly. But not that hard.
Anyway, I've played the beta. I already know the game is going to be awesome.

I'm certain it will be an excellent game when finally released but at this point I've lost interest in it. When Blizzard gets around to it I may buy it or not, I don't know. I loved Diablo and D-II but I have other things to take up my time than wait for a decade for a game. =(
You'll have to forgive the sarcasm, but I wasn't aware that waiting for a game to come out was taking such a harsh toll on people's schedules.
I don't think I've ever gone from "must purchase" to "maybe purchase" based on the fact that a game takes a while to come out. That's never been an issue for me. I've never heard of it being an issue for anyone else.
What I do hear a lot of is people saying, "A delay? Gosh, I don't even know if I want it anymore!" only to have them turn around and buy it the week it's released.
Let's not complain about games being delayed. I'd much rather play a game that was delayed so it could be improved than a game that was released early with critical bugs or missing features that are never patched.
