Not Customer Service, but the Seattle area is currently experiencing a snow event and shipments are being delayed. The charge you saw on your account was probably an temporary authorization; actual charges are not made until the shipping label is printed. Someone official can check your account and make sure this is the case, but due to the weather, most of the Paizo staff aren't necessarily in the office so the response may not be as prompt as usual.

Your order is fine. Our warehouse staff had to leave early on Tuesday to get home safe, were out yesterday from the snow and it looks like today as well due to the sheets of ice covering everything in Redmond. The good news is the forecast is supposed to be 44º F tomorrow and so the ice and snow should melt quickly.

Glad to hear. Having the same stuck pending message, but that is what I though caused it. Will another order I just submitted get combined automatically with the previous one pending?
It will not be combined automatically. It would only be combined if you chose "Ship with Existing Pending Order" in the shipping options of the new order.
If you would like to have them combined, please provide the order numbers involved and I will put them together for you.

I've combined these two orders for you. I did notice you have a bunch of preorders and was wondering if you would like those moved to your sidecart so they are automatically combined with a subscription shipment instead of shipping on their own. If you would like them moved to your sidecart, just let me know.
