I have a 12th level halfling cavalier with the leadership feat.

If I take a pegasus as a monster cohort, I still get to keep my Wolf Mount from my class feature?

For example, I could adventure with both my pegasus and my wolf?

Yes. However keep in mind the penalty to your leadership score from the mount.

Those are separate features so if your GM allows Leadership feat and does not limit a number of companions per character (a common house-rule) then you could have both. As long as you don't try to ride both of them at the same time and keep clear which you are riding at the moment ;)
