Hey all, newb here. I'm having a little trouble with the max dex/armor penalty wording.
1. Does Max Dex apply to Initiative? Ex: Dex bonus of 2, but does full plates Max Dex of 1 mean you only have a +1 Dex Bonus to Init?
2. In skills, say Acrobatics: I'm already taking a -7 for my half-plate armor penalty, which also has a max dex of +0. I'm not only taking a -7, but I can't even add my Dex bonus at all?
I feel that I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, all.

The Max Dex only applies to AC other dexterity related abilities are unaffected.
1. yes you only get +1 dex to ac
2. its unaffected you have +2 dex -7ACP +ranks + misc bonuses.
