Seems there is a lot of room for interpretation with Greater Improved Called Shot. My main question is will it work with Cluster Shot seems that it should I think. Specially since it does not effect a specific attack but groups the damage from the full attack action.
Would love to get or find some official clearification on the called s+&$ feats.

Dunno, clustered shot only calls out stacking for DR and massive damage, so I would think, each called shot's damage is resolved separately for purposes of determining a debilitating blow. (although that leaves some ambiguity as to when you apply DR - to the first hit seems reasonable)
Any modification to this is probably wandering into houserules
