How about a place where someone can download a character sheet and save it to their computer and work on it there. It would be a real boon to those folks like me who have horrible handwriting to work with it and print it out at our leisure.

You can convert PDFs to Word documents easily with a wide variety of different sites and software online.

Yeah, I think he (or she) is referring to a character sheet that is a blank pdf but with fillable fields, so he can type the information into the right areas and print it out.

There are several of them. The links Bob_Loblaw gave have some, but you can also just Google "Pathfinder character sheet form fillable." That's how I got the ones I have.
