I have a player in my newly started Jade Regent game that made a gnome sorcerer with the wild blooded(archetype). This is changes some of the Aberrant blood line abilities. The one I have a question about is {warped touch}, it replaces {acid ray}. Now {acid ray} requires a ranged touch attack, and has a range of 30 feet. {warped touch} makes no mention of having to make a ranged touch attack, it just states that you can target any one creature with in 30 feet. No mention of even needing line of site.
Is this right ...or is there an errata I missed

Line of sight is a defaut of RAW. Unless it states otherwise, you have to assume that you need line of sight. For example, Daze doesn't say you have to have a live of sight, but still effects a target within range. [I used Daze because it is a similar effect to what the Warped Touch does]
You can't target a creature with total concealment.
If you don't have line of sight to a creature, that creature has total concealment relative to you.
