So what in this order is holding it up from shipping?

When the shipment came in from our distributor it looks like it wasn't included. If you'd like I can move the rest of the items to either ship today or with your subscriptions next week and then set the "The Dresden Files RPG: Volume 2—Our World" to ship as soon as we get it in (with free standard shipping to compensate for the delay).
