So what in this order is holding it up from shipping?

When the shipment came in from our distributor it looks like it wasn't included. If you'd like I can move the rest of the items to either ship today or with your subscriptions next week and then set the "The Dresden Files RPG: Volume 2—Our World" to ship as soon as we get it in (with free standard shipping to compensate for the delay).

Go ahead and do that.

If it is cheaper for shipping to add it to my next subscription next week, do that. If it is not go ahead and ship it as soon as possible.
