Hello, I have been overcharged roughly $50 for Order 1665109.
This is probably due to the final installment being charged twice.
Problems like this could be avoided by using Paypal as an option for a payment method (something others have asked for), and/or just charging a one off up front payment for orders, instead of messing around and charging it in installments as the items ship.
Please sort this out as soon as possible because I would like to remain a loyal customer, but may not be able to if these problems are not sorted out satisfactorily.
Thankyou,
Bane

I'm very sorry for the mix up! There was an issue where our system was not properly applying the discounts on your order, and it resulted in an extra authorization being put through on your card.
The good news is that you were not actually overcharged for the order, just over authorized. (for more on the difference between authorizations and charges, see the relevant FAQ entry) The charge itself was for the correct amount. Erik has replied to your emails with further explanation on this.
As for the up-front charge, we cannot charge for an item until it ships out. So when an order is broken up into a number of packages, then they will necessarily go out at different times and then will be authorized and charged separately. However, in the future you can avoid these piecemeal charges through the use of gift certificates. You can purchase a Paizo gift certificate (which is immediately made available and is therefore charged to your card immediately) in the amount of your order, then redeem it for Paizo store credit, which you then use as the payment method for your order.
Thanks,
