Dungeon Magazine #116, Opal Frog, no saves listed.

In Dungeon Magazine #116, there is a magic item for a new Figurine of Wonderous Power, the Opal Frog. In its stat block however, there are no saving throw stats for it. Anyone know if there is errata for it anywhere?

Hmm, looks like we missed that.

Lets see, it's basiclly just supposed to be a dire frog, which gives it all good saves. At 5 HD with 18 con, 11 dex, and 9 wis, that would give it saves of Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +3 assuming I am doing my math right.
