I am working on development of a character for a campaign and I am wondering how Dwarfs feel about Dragons? General Hatred? Respect and Awe? Indifferent? I am not sure what the lore between the two is... Any help would be great or if you know of any sites that discuss this that would be great as well.

Well it kinda depends, dragons are probably the most varied type of monster when it comes to alignment, general intelligence, interaction with humans, dwarves, elves, etc. I would pretty much read about the personality of particular dragon types since the dwarves will most likely like those who hold the same beliefs as they do (probably gold and bronze). Everybody hates red dragons though since those guys are jerks.

Mostly hated IMO. Dragons usually hoard valuables and dwell in moutains or caves. Dwarves usually mine valuable minerals to make into other valuables which dragons hoard. Dwarven cities make good dragon roosts. The relationship isn't as direct as dwarf vs orc/goblin/giant as dragons are usually not discriminatory in their victims and dwarves only attack such powerful foes if they have good reason.
Literature to back me up below.
Bilbo Baggins and Co vs Smaug in JRR Tolkien's "The Hobbit"
Bruenor Battlehammer vs Shimmergloom to retake Mithril Hall in R.A. Salvatore's "The Legend of Drizzt 7-11"

Its probably pretty bad. They're both fighting for the same ecological niche on a lot of fronts: mountain cave dwellers with a love for metal. That sort of competition rarely breeds respect based on their shared characteristics, it usually leads to demonizing the opposition so you can hate them and take their stuff.

You can't really reference tolkien here despite most of d&d being based off tolkien. His original premise from the simarillion was all dragons were servants of the evil old gods and thus were evil themselves. They were the next step up from the balors

For a somewhat more expansive view of what the dragons of Golarion are all about, check out this Category page from the PathfinderWiki. It doesn't have a special section on the dragons' relationships to dwarves, but serves as a decent introduction to their outlooks in general.
