Cohorts of Paladins are required to be LG, but does the same apply to the a character seeking a Paladin as a Cohort?
I'm looking at a NG Wizard PC wishing to have a LG Paladin Cohort. Both share a LG deity, but the Wizard is a little less stringent in following the dictates of the religion despite having a genuinely good heart. Is this allowable?
On a more bizarre extreme, it seems that paladins might only be restricted from associating with evil characters (and Chaotic ones are likely to violate the Paladin's Code of Conduct sooner than later). Is this correct?
