Hi, I have some questions.
1) Demon subdomain and the combination with bane weapons.
When I'm use the demon subdomain, the bane bonus does not stack with the demon subdomain bonus. Ok, but i can remove the +2 bonus of bane for give myself +2 AC with defending weapon quality?
I think yes if I will attack the designated creature.
Core Rulebook:
"Against a designated foe, the weapon’s enhancement bonus is +2 better than its actual bonus."
2) Inquisitor judment
I have +1 bonus on all judment i have starting the first level. Then, these bonuses increase at X level?
Example: Justice judment. At the 5 level I have +2 on attack roll?
3) Demon subdomain can be utilized for bypass the DR if i use unarmed attack or natural weapons?
I think yes.

1) The defending property uses the base enhancement bonus of the weapon and doesn't interact with the effects of any other properties or class abilities. If you have a +1 defending bane weapon, you can transfer 1 point of attack and damage bonus to your AC regardless of which enemy you attack.
2) 5th level inquisitor, yes. You have +1 at 1st level and increase by 1 for each 5 inquisitor levels you possess, so you get an increase at 5th level for +2, then 10th level for +3 and so on.
3) The Demon subdomain doesn't give you any special ability to bypass DR. Its melee damage bonus, which might help a little, applies to any melee attack you make, including unarmed and natural attacks.
As a subdomain of Chaos or Evil, you still get the Chaos Blade or Scythe of Evil ability at 8th level, which does bypass DR/chaotic or DR/evil. I see no particular problem with applying these to unarmed or natural attacks.

Mild disagreement.
If you are using a bane weapon against its foe, and it has defender, yes, you can sub +2 AC for +2 to hit. It's a function of the weapon.
If you are using an external effect, like Greater Magic Weapon, or Bane class ability, no, you cannot. It's not an effect integral to the weapon, in much the same way that a cast GMW won't bypass DR, a Bane class ability will not, either, and so Defender shouldn't work with it, either.

Bane: A bane weapon excels against certain foes. Against a designated foe, the weapon's enhancement bonus is +2 better than its actual bonus.Defending: A defending weapon allows the wielder to transfer some or all of the weapon's enhancement bonus to his AC as a bonus that stacks with all others. As a free action, the wielder chooses how to allocate the weapon's enhancement bonus at the start of his turn before using the weapon, and the bonus to AC lasts until his next turn.
No. You cannot transfer +2 enhancement bonus from the Bane ability to AC.
Just because you're standing beside a demon doesn't mean your bane weapon is "active" and has +2 to its enhancement bonus. The additional +2 only works "against" that foe, meaning attack and damage rolls against that foe.
