Hey guys, can a Barbarian use Knockback on a prone target?
Can anyone use Bullrush on a prone target?

If you put a slip and slide in front and dive face first then yes.

Isn't there a rule that all Rules questions must be answered without cracking a joke? ;-)

Now assuming the bullrush or knockback is not just a shoulder charge and can be a shove or a kick then why couldn't you kick someone on the ground away from you?

I don't see any rule that prevents it. I'd give the target a +4 bonus to CMD for increased stability.
