...I saw this one neat feat in the Pathfinder Campaign Setting book, that book which I would call the proto-type Inner Sea World Guide. It had this one feat for half-orcs that has to be taken at 1st level. I recall it giving a bonus to Intimidate or something else, and also made the half-orc in question look much more human in appearance. The feat is basically one that has both practical use and opens up RP opportunities if you ask me, what with the individual half-orc being blessed with good looks by half-orc standards.
Anyone have idea what this feat was called?
And of course, what were the exact effects of the feat? Thanks in advance.

I think what you may be thinking of is Pass for Human a feat from the APG, although I could be wrong, as I never had the Pathfinder Campaign Setting book.

Veiled Vileness
Your human blood shows itself dominant.
Prerequisite: Half-orc.
Benefit: You appear outwardly human, with no obvious
signs of your orcish heritage (no Disguise check required).
Your subtly menacing presence and strength grant a +1 bonus
on Diplomacy and Intimidate checks and Will saves.

I checked out the Campaign Setting's Feat list and didn't find anything like what you mentioned.
I rolled up a half-orc cavalier recently. First time I'd given a good look at that race. I think Pathfinder kind of half-assed them. There's no negative to charisma. The only ability modifier is +2 to one of your choice (which seems to have just been cut and pasted from the half-elf).
Putting the +2 in strength and with no negative to charisma, I ended up with a pretty decent half-orc cavalier. You'd think there would be a CHA negative, like there is with dwarves (which made my dwarf paladin build a lot tougher using point buy).
I think this is relevant to your post because Pathfinder doesn't have a built in 'half-orcs are ugly' mechanism, meaning they don't have the inherent disadvantage that the feat you remembered helps offset.
BTW, all Half-Orcs get a +2 on Intimidate per the Core Rulebook.

Funny name, but I think this is what I was looking for. Thanks.
Now I just need to ask the DM if this feat can be run in a normal PF game.
