Yup! Once all 6 serialized releases are done, we'll be combining into the Advanced Psionics Guide, which will be released in print and PDF.

I can't tell if I'd get the original Psionics Unleashed, or if I'd still need to purchase that separately.

It gets you the six parts of Psionics Expanded as they are released. Four are currently out, with two more in the works.
It does not include Psionics Unleashed.
