Str: 20 his encumberence limit is obscene
Dex 16 He sneaks into houses, but is still occasionally herd by children
con: 25 He works fast all night, and all that extra padding has to be good for something
Int: 14 He's pretty bright, but his memory isn't ediactic. He has to keep the naughty/nice on a list written in paper
Wis 25 : And sense motive out the wazoo
Cha: 25: everyone loves him.

I took a few liberties here and there simply removing special abilities that I could not justify Santa having, and added a reindeer (based on a horse, figured Santa's reindeer are of a stockier build than the average reindeer).
