Greetings:
My Bestiary 3 is damaged. The back of the cover has two bend lines from top to bottom, and it is causing the book to bow out when placed on a table.
I changed my shipping method to UPS, but noticed there were no packing peanuts at all, never mind on the bottom of the box where the book laid flat. I switched back to USPS with the hope that my replacement will be in a box with packing peanuts.
The rest of the contents were fine, and I have not had a shipment damaged in nearly a year with the packing peanuts using USPS. Who knows. Let's see if the tried and true USPS will work. :)

I apologize for the damaged book! I will put a replacement copy in with your next subscription shipment. In the meantime, please derive what use you can get out of the copy you have until the new one shows up (your PDF should help with this), then just go ahead and dispose of it.
If possible, please email me (customer.service@paizo.com) some digital pictures of the damage for our records.

p.s. With packing peanuts on the *bottom* as well as along the sides of the box, I have had multiple campaign settings, and entire APs along with other goodies WELL protected. I hope your packing dept still has packing peanuts, the green ones, and do let them know that is what I have had most success with in receiving shipments flawless. :)
