So I noticed that Winter Witches have a lot of nice things going with [cold] spells. Aside from rime spell though, are there good cold spells, feats, bloodline powers that work well with this?

Eldritch Heritage might be good fun. See what you can get.
Intensify spell and Reach spell would be good.
Improved Familiar ice mephit would be good...
Ultimate Magic has good cold spells, don't limit yourself to core.
