Dragon's Breath spell and Primal Dragons

Could the dragon's breath spell from Advanced Player's Guide (page 217) use a scale from one of Bestiary 2's primal dragons to modify the type of breath weapon it produces? The Primals are Brine, Cloud, Crystal, Magma, and Umbral.

That would be interesting indeed, not in the rules, but you could talk to your Gm about it, or use it if you are the GM
