So looking at some of the gear from Adventurer's Armory, are the Black Market items available for use in PFS?

Also just throwing this out there, say I safely kept some contaminated carrion with me. For example a dead rat with Filth Fever, then threw it at someone with the intent to infect them (I am over simplifying) would that be allowed?

ROCK AND ROLL

The Exchange 5/5

Technically the rat would have to bite the subject to inflict the disease, and then there would be several days before the disease is apparent to him. During this period, the subject would bear you ill will for hitting him with a rat and if your companions haven't killed him already he'd likely try to kill you. So while this is a novel idea, the execution would be needlessly complicated.

Here's a list of all the stuff you can use from every book:

Sovereign Court 5/5

Inflicting someone with disease is among the least effective 'attacks' that are available in PFS, anyway.

The NPC must have not been killed in the encounter to suffer the effects of the disease at (literally) a later date. And by then the scenario will assuredly have ended anyway, one way or the other.
