Hm, for some strange (or not strange) reason, It didn't pull my sidecart items in with my monthly shipment. Is this because of the delayed adventure path shipment?

Not a strange reason, actually. And it's not because of the AP delay, either.
The reason the dice were not included in this month's shipment is because they are not in the warehouse yet. The automated logic the system uses to create subscription orders out of sidecarts tries not to include something that will hold up the order.
Your dice will ship out in the first subscription shipment to go out after we get them in from distribution.
