A less ancient Ishirou

Serpent's Skull

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Since Ishirou is not a toothless, ancient old man as his picture would suggest, I tried to age his portrait to a more reasonable "older than he appears" late 20's/early 30's. Probably still not quite right, but when starting with Herman Toothrot and not Guybrush, I think it'll do.

Ishirou de-aged

Jask, inversely, needed to be aged. Not perfect, but better:
A somewhat older Jask

Nice! Especially the Ishirou - Jask stil looks pretty young.

In ours, Ishirou hit his middle age (had a birthday) got the stat change, and was shortly thereafter killed but then fortuitously reincarnated. Now he's - mechanically - (somewhat) less imbecilic than before!

I also noticed (and found it odd) that Jask has incredible muscles for a guy with a strength of NINE.

Dark Archive

Wow! Agree that those are great! Love the new Ishirou.
Very nicely done.

This is really nice work! In my game Ishirou's already dead but the elderly Jask will definitely come in handy once the group meets him again! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, all.

Jask gave me tons of trouble. He's supposed to be middle-aged, rather than elderly, so I think he'll do. I'm thinking real-world middle-aged rather than game terms, I think. I'm a couple years away from it myself and don't look "middle-aged".

Also, working up his wrinkles kept making him look emo rather than aged, so I gave up ;D

I agree - real world middle age doesn't quite seem similar to game terms.

I still thought Jask had an incredible figure for having a strength of nine. :)

Nonetheless, I really do like the pictures! Well done!
