There is a problem in the bookmark structure of the PDF version of Ultimate Combat--specifically for chapter 3. Might there be a chance we could have this problem fixed fairly swiftly, or would we need to wait for an official errata for UCOM?

Let's look at Chapter 3: Following the introductory section, we have several second-level sections in the text.
"Eastern Armor and Weapons"
"Firearms"
"Gladiator Weapons"
"Primitive Armor and Weapons"
"Duels"
"Performance Combat"
"Siege Engines"
These should appear in the bookmark structure at the same level under chapter 3.
The bookmark structure, however, has the Introduction and then "Eastern Armor and Weapons", but lists "Firearms", "Gladiator Weapons", "Primitive Armor and Weapons", etc. under "Eastern Armor and Weapons" as subordinate headings behind that section's true content.

We don't have an RSS feed for that (though it's a good idea and one we'll think about), so for now the best way is to check your My Downloads page. That page lists the last modified date for each of your downloads and the date you last downloaded each one.
Also, usually, Paizo sends out a handy email informing you that any PDFs that you own have been updated.

Yes, we have an e-mail that goes out automatically to you when we update the PDFs on our end.
