If I put on a headband of vast intelligence +6, do I get +3 new mastered spells from my Spell Mastery feat? What if I wear it for more than a day?
What happens if I remove said headband and put it back on? Do I get to change the 3 spells? Or do I have to craft the choices into the headband like I do with skills?
What about bonus languages? How do those interact with the headband?

2),3),4),5) See 1).'Each time you take this feat, choose a number of spells that you already know equal to your Intelligence modifier.' (bolding mine)
If you weren't wearing that headband when you took the feat, you're out of luck. If you were wearing the headband when you took the feat, you're in luck. If you later remove the headband, your number of mastered spells does not change. The feat only checks your Int modifier when you select it, and at no other point.

Bonus languages - the headband has a number of set bonuses languages in it. Enjoy.
EDIT: Hmm, languages is less clear.
'You apply your character's Intelligence modifier to:
•The number of bonus languages your character knows at the start of the game. These are in addition to any starting racial languages and Common. '
So possibly no bonus languages from a headband, or for raising Intelligence during the game via stat points.
