Looks like we're up to 4 or 5 ... I would like to get some of the newer folks in this as well ... I could do back to back sessions of the same module to get two groups going in tandem. If we could get a mix of GMs and players in the two groups, that would be the ideal.
EDIT: Paul, can we do an announcement to gauge the general interest next APL day? If we get 8-12 folks interested, then I'll look at doing the back to back sessions.

Yep, which is why I am looking at running with a mix of GMs and players ... gotta have some folks still running tables after all ... and if I do end up running tandem groups, then folks would be looking at 1 module per month basically.
As to Midnight Mirror, well, you may need to run some scenarios on the off weeks to keep pace. :)
Of course, if another module comes available for PFS play that fits the same level need, then we're all good (we would be talking 4 months out if I am running tandem tables). Or I could swap out an AP section from RotR or Shattered Star or Thornkeep ...
Bottom line, I can try to swap out elements that will allow folks to get credit for the table as needed. But the amount of shuffling is kind of limited due to limited options (there are options, just not as manay as with scenarios).

Funny thing about the day game tomorrow........ I initially thought there were two options, The Dalsine affair or the module. I jumped ship to the module when i noticed the GM for The Dalsine Affair was the first person signed up to play in the module. Hmmmm. How will this work? Excited to see.
Question: Does the (3) in Feast of Ravenmoor (3) designate the exact level of character needed to play? or the APL (Average Party Level)?
Looking forward to a solid fun day of gaming tomorrow however it turns out.
Cheerio,
The all seeing Maven

3 is the level the module was designed for ... but for PFS, module tiers are 1 higher and one lower than the design (so this would be a 2-4) ... the exception being, of course, level 1 modules, which then have a Tier 1-2 (and can be played as many times as you want for credit with a 1st level character (but only once with a 2nd level character).

I was doing the module thing with my home group before we got distracted by the Shattered Star AP... "If we are doing the PFS module for Shattered Star, why not just run the whole thing? Sure! Sounds awesome!"...
I would like to remind players that the modules tend to be a bit more ruthless than most of the official PFS material. The authors clearly did not shy away from a good challenge and some of those modules may catch the unwary PFS-only player upside the head with a big pile of whoopass.

Very true ... hence the call to use new 1st level characters and have those characters be dedicated to the module run. One thing that I did try to avoid though, is having the PCs on the low end of the tier and trying to have the player levels be at the mid or higher range for the tier ... should help the survivability front a little bit.
That said, playing smart is always the best means of having a PC survive any adventure ... as well as not playing up. ;)
