The spell Crushing Despair list VSM under its component details, but lists no Material component. In the 3.5 SRD, the listed component was a vial of tears, so I'm assuming that's what is intended.
I know it's a pedantic thing to point out, but I thought if someone is still paying attention and updating the PRD, it would be an easy fix.
PRD errors are to be submited in this topic: The New PRD.
There is slight possibility that material component is omitted in core rulebook - in such case PRD will repeat the omission until the omission is corrected in newest printing.

The PRD is only updated when official errata is updated, so if this is a problem that has not been errated yet, you may want to post this in the Core Rules errata thread.

Thanks, could you tell me where I can find the Core Rules errata thread? I've looked around on several sections of the forum and haven't come across it.

Although many have something listed, spells do not need to list specific material components. So it's not an omission.
