I know that you have stated a preference for when you can play, but there are many pathfinder society store events in the metroplex. Perhaps one or more of them would, at least occasionally, work for you.
We have a yahoo group where you can join and find games in your area. Most of the activity is for pathfinder society, but feel free to post you enquiry there as well. There are players in the group in Plano/Allen/Garland/Richardson and you will be making a more focused search amongst gamers in your area.
