Dispel Synergy:

By tearing away an opponent's magical defenses, you leave your enemy vulnerable, making it difficult for him to resist your spells.

Prerequisite: Spellcraft 5 ranks.

Benefit: If you successfully dispel an ongoing magical effect on an opponent, that opponent takes a –2 penalty on saving throws against your spells until the end of your next turn.

If I use greater dispel magic and dispel multiple spells on a target, does the target take a cumulative -2 penalty for each spell dispelled? After all, unlike bonuses almost all penalties stack. What's more, the feat is called Dispel SYNERGY, which leads me to believe this is the proper intent.

Wow. It would seem to work like that...Max your CL check and you debuff their saves while stripping their spells.

Good question. The Synergy might just mean that it synergises with other spells, since it lowers the targets save.

However I have to agree, the way it's written it's a stacking -2 for each buff dispelled.
If that's RAI I don't know (I don't really see any indication that it's not though)

Awesome! Check out my new dispeller build here.

Sorry for Thread Necromancy, but the only caveat I see is does this use count as stacking penalties from the "same source"...
