Okey, my GM is willing to let me play a Houri that we created using the ARG playtest. For those unfamiliar with Houri, they were featured in a 3.5 supplement called Bastards and Bloodlines, as a +5 LA Half-Nymph race. I was intending to remake an old 3.5 Houri character that I had back in the day for our PF game we're starting soon.
Houri (Half-Nymph) Total RP: 16
Type: Fey 1 RP
Size: Medium 0 RP
Base Speed: Normal (30 ft) 0 RP
Ability Score Modifiers: Standard (+2 cha, +2 dex, -2 str) 0 RP
Languages: Standard Array 1 RP
Other Racial Abilities
Advanced Cha +4 8 RP
Advanced Int +2 4 RP
Low-light Vision (from Fey) 0 RP
+2 on saves vs mundane and magical diseases (similar to the 2 RP cost Plagueborn but this just applies to disease and nothing else)1 RP
Spell-like Ability: 1 RP
---> Charming Beauty - This ability affects one animal or humanoid creature within 30 feet. This improves the attitude of an animal or humanoid creature by 1 step, as if the Half-Nymph had successfully used the Diplomacy skill. The effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to the Half Nymph's charisma modifier. A will save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + cha mod) negates this effect. Whether or not the save is successful, a creature cannot be the target of this effect again for 24 hours.
Decided on 1 RP for the spell like effect Charming beauty cause it's duplicating the effects of a witch's hex that can be taken at lvl 1.
While our Houri is not as powerful as it's 3.5 incarnation, she definitely has a few steps up on the base PF races. However, this doesn't stop me from wondering if I'd still not be better off just making a whole new HUMAN character. That bonus feat sure is a tempting one too.
So the question is Human or Houri? Stats or Feat?

Well, what type of bard are you trying to be? I'm currently playing an Arcane Duelist who uses lots of intimidation and trips with a whip. With a build like that, an extra feat is pretty useful because there are multiple lines of feats that are all useful (Weapon Focus->Dazzling Display, Combat Expertise->Improved Trip->Greater Trip, etc.).
A Houri would get lots of bonus spells and have very high save DCs, so the natural way to go with that would be more focused on casting, which is a little less feat intensive than a controller build that uses lots of combat maneuvers.

There's no rogue so I'm gonna be the skill monkey and party face for the group so a charisma bonus is gonna be great regardless and if I go human that's probably where the +2 will go.
I thought of going controller bard but I've read from different sources that when you get high enough level you run into too many things that either have a really high CMD, many legs or can fly. I decided archery was the way to go with her.
The GM is allowing 3.5 feats and PF feats so right now I think my 10 feats from level 1 - 20 will be thus:
Nymph's Kiss 3.5 feat
Point Blank Shot
Precise Shot
Rapid Shot
Words of Creation 3.5 feat
Discordant Voice
ManyShot
Deadly Aim
Knowledge Devotion 3.5 feat
Arcane Strike
If I go human I was thinking Prodigy as the bonus feat. I *could* go Versatile Performer from Complete Adventurer but even *I* think that's a lil' too OP when combined with Versatile Performance.
