Hi Fellow Pathfinders!
I am a relative newbie, started playing in March this year. I have no kids and really enjoy Pathfinder. I had a great group near Davis-Monthan AFB, in Tucson, but just moved to the UK to RAF Mildenhall. I'd really like to find a group to play with; doesn't have to be military people but I'm most comfortable with them. I don't mind kids running around but I like to be with a group that can focus on the game. I usually play a rogue but I have played other classes. I'd be happy to start with a class the group needs provided I could be a rogue in the near future. I always bring good things to eat on game night!
Can someone steer me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hey.
I am Colchester based, so about an hour away form you I think. I usually run games at a pub here in Colchester, called the fat cat, on a saturday. We play Call of cthulhu once a month. However, I am putting together group for a pathfinder game. The plan is currently for a five or six hour game once or twice a month, on a Saturday or Sunday.
Closer to you, toy might consider checking out ACE comics in sudbury, which last I heard had a strong(if young) RPG scene attached to it.
You might also consider norwich, which I understand has a very strong gaming scene, based around the UEA.
In either case, feel free to Email me at [my user name] @ googlemail.com I will do what I can to point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your replies!
Apparently I'm kind of a minority amongst tabletop gamers in that I'm not so great with computers; I think I'd be a bit frustrated with the MapTool and probably I'd end up aggravating the group. Thank you, Axl, for thinking of it though; it's kind of you to include me.
Zombieneighbours, I will check into those options. A once a month one hour drive to Pathfind would be worth it to me! I will look into the Sudbury group you mentioned too, thank you. I stopped by Inner Sanctum Collectibles in Cambridge today and plan on posting an ad there for a group close by, but I really just want to play so your mention of the once a month thing is enticing.
The lady at Inner Sanctum Collectibles said there is a group each at RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath but they seem to be a bit 'under the radar'.
I'm still up for ideas if anyone else wants to post. Thanks a lot, peeps--nice to see the gaming community is so friendly!

I'm up here in King's Lynn and finding gaming groups is a real pain. There is a club up here but apart from Warhammer 40K the only two games going is a Kingmaker campaign closed off to new players and game of 3rd edition pumped up with so many splat books and undisclosed house rules that doing anything is a chore. Last two sessions (5 hrs each) involved bumping into random groups of wandering monsters which the sorcerers blasted within a couple of rounds. 10 hrs, 4 CR 8 combat encounters. No npc's, no settlements, no xp or treasure. When my rogue took damage the druid (only divine caster in the party because the DM has disallowed clerics, and wizards too for that matter. He has also stated that he frowns upon any melee combat leaving my rogue and the fighter sitting around twiddling our thumbs while the spell casters sit back blasting opponents with spells, every combat was on a featureless flat plain by the way, yawn) refused to cure him, the party also did not allow him to use any of the three wands of healing they possessed. I have just joined by the way, and after two sessions of this nonsense have just left again. If gaming clubs are going to carry on running and attract new members it would be nice if newcomers weren't treated as either cannon fodder or an inconvenience. Boo. So if there are any RPG groups in East Anglia that are into swords and sorcery, high adventure and wild romance then let me know because that last bunch of rules bashing was soul draining to say the least.
