I don't see Summoner spell scrolls on the scrolls tables, but I'm sure I've hear mention of them. Do they exist? If so, what are the costs?
Doppelganger Simulacrum - when your cloned body dies and you wake up in your original, what are your hit points? Full, if the original body was full before you projected into the copy? If he's in a DS, can the Alchemist shift to his original body as a full round action? RAW only states that he can shift to a DS.
Alchemist Extracts - as I read it, an Alchemist can copy a wizard scroll/spell to his formula book without scribe scroll. What about Cleric scrolls that are on the Alchemist list? Cure spells, for example.
EXTRA: Can a controlled undead drink a potion and be affected by it? Say, a zombie?

Summoner scrolls - Use the Bard chart. They have the same casting progression.
