Let me explain...
I am looking for a region to run that is close to being a bit like the British isles in culture, and preferably a bit like Arthurian Camelot. I am not really keen on making something up in a pre-existing world, so was hoping to get some suggestions on regions/countries that might be close?
Any and all help much appreciated!

Lastwall is probably your best bet for "Arthurian Camelot" assuming you don't mind your Camelot being under siege by orcs and undead.

Orcs and undead are fine, it gives the PCs something to deal with.
How about a place in Golarion that is just like a Fantasy Britain sans the Camelot part?

Let me also be more specific:
I have been watching the television show "Merlin" and I am looking for a country/kingdom that is a bit like that in Golarion. The version of Camelot in Merlin isn't exactly canon, but definitely has the flavor of a good fantasy realm that I would like to run.

Actually I don't see a place that can be too close to old Britain (Camelot or not), but I think the most suitable places would be Lastwall, Ustalav, Brevoy (personally, I'd use this one) and Varisia. You'll need to loose a bit the strings on each of these nations' themes, but I think they can do the work. I mean, if you choose Ustalav, of course you must hold back a little with Vampires, Werewolves and some other things, and give more way to Fey, Druids and others. But you can still cling to the regional theme by making specific Undead. Remember Merlin's episode where a Knight returns from the grave to kill the Pendragons and Merlin asks the Dragon to enchant Excalibur?

I second Lastwall. Nirmathas is a little Celtic, and next door. Lastwall has a young ruler (think Arthur) and a whole bunch of knights and such. Caliphas in Ustalav has a sort of an evil Gothic Britain/France vibe, and its nearby as well.

You could probably tweak the Kingmaker AP to get an Arthurian theme.
Instead of starting the PCs from nothing, start the AP with a once thriving colony that's abandoned after Brevoy descends into civil war. The PCs are agent or soldiers of Brevoy sent out to deal with a bandit (the Stag Lord) who has moved into the area. When they return they find that all the other Brevoy troops and the provincial Governor have left.
With their victory behind them the PCs are asked by the terrified locals to stay and protect the city.
The focus of this campaign isn't so much exploration as it is recovering lands abandoned as the colony lost the ability to protect them and dealing with threats no longer held in check. Which, underneath all the French fluff, is what the legend of King Arthur is about.

All very excellent ideas! Thank you guys bunches!
I am going to re-read about those areas suggested and see which one feels right and go from there. Kingmaker idea is rather a good one as well, if I can make it work I might do that if I feel I can change the flavor from mythic Russia to mythic Britain without making a mess of things.
