Idiot question possible spoiler

Jade Regent

Scarab Sages

I see bits and pieces for snowcaster elves in The Hungry Storm. Is there any difference from normal elves?

By way of comparison WOTC created the element books with variant core races that survived in adverse weather.

I do not have the book, however unless it has changed paizo is not doing sub races. Elves however tend to have skin, hair and eyes that match what ever environment they happen to live in.

They are just like Ulfen, they simply have adapted. No need for a new race.

So more of a clan than a off shoot. I can deal with that. Just wondering cause when I start this AP some goober player of mine will want to play one.
