A certain Pathfinder Society scenario, written before the Inner Sea World Guide identifies the river that flows through the Black Marquis' territory as the Sellen river. However, in the Inner Sea World Guide, the Sellen flows well east of The Protectorate. The river that passes through the Protectorate isn't labeled, but appears to be the Dagger river.
I assume the ISWG is the definitive source, by virtue of being published later. But I'd love to get official word on this.

I cannot give you and "official" response. However from comparing the map in my Pathfinder Chronicles "Guide to the River Kingdoms" to my "Inner Sea Region" big map (which measures 3 1/2 feet by 5 1/2 feet) , the un named river that floes through the Black Marquis lands whose main settlement is Death bridge, is also found on a river on the "inner Sea Region map and that river is labeled the "dagger" river. So as far as I can tell, you are correct in your assumptions.

ISWG is the definitive source of pretty much EVERYTHING Golarion related... regardless of when a contradictory product was published.
