Sorry for any mistakes but I do not speak English very well.
I have the Italian manual of pathfinder but i think that rule is the same of english version, but is possible to have some traslation error.
1° question
description of the light shield and the large shield (not tower), says that the enhancement bonus of the shield not provide any bonus to attack and damge if you fight with shield, but says that the shield can be enchanted as a weapon.
I think this means I can spend 50,000 gold to get an +5 AC magic bonus to the Shield And that I can spend even another 100,000 gold and have the same shield that gives me +5 of AC and +5 to attack and damage.
this right ?

2° question
normal shield without spike can be used for two weapon fight?
on manual say when you fuight with it the shield is considered bludgeon martial and do 1D4, with spike change tipe of damage to 1D6 pircing.

when you fight with shield, shiled is considered martial weapon etc.
i can use weapon focus feat (+1 to attack) with shield ?
or, i can learn a feat sword wepon focus and when i use a sword i have +1 to attack. i can learn another weapon focus to have +1 to attack with my shield?
1: Correct.
2:Correct, spiked changes the damage type and increases it, normal shields can be used for fighting.
3: Correct again. Weapon focus/specialization, improved crit, etc all can be applied to shields.

sorry but I need another clarification.
I believe that I can enchant the shield for a total cost of +10 with shield power, and the same shield as a weapon +10, paying two prices separately. the master says that the total over the shield + weapon can not exceed +10 to the market price.
question:
can i have a shield +5 AC, heavy fortification (+5) Total = +10 for shield power and put on the SAME shield, +5 attack and damage (as a weapon), ghost touch (+1 weapon), Elf Bane (+1) , vermin bane (+1), holy (+2) +10 total for the weapon power? total cost of the shield / weapon is 100,000+ 200,000 = 300,000 plus the cost base of the shield.
or my shield / wepon must stay below +10 total price ? +5 to AC and +4 to attack/damage,ghost touch (+1) and no other power ?

To the OP: I asked that specific question of Sean Reynolds a long time ago on his home page/site.
To Wit:
A Shield can have up to +10 of armor enhancements, and of course can take whatever supplemental enhancements that are just +gp on the side to the limit of your cash.
In addition to this, a Shield can be seperately enhanced as a weapon, with up to +10 of weapon enhancements accruing to it.
The one thing he didn't answer is if the hardness/hp of all the enhancements STACK. I'm inclined to allow them...anyone investing that much into a shield should have something nearly unbreakable, IMO.
