Hi all,

I know it is early in the game for concerns but...

I usually get packages from Paizo the day after they are sent. Two at the most. My account says that my Tome of Horrors was sent on the 24th and it has not arrived yet. When people started mentioning they got theirs on the 31st I looked at my account. I had been to my mailbox on the 31st but had no packages.

I went today and had them double check and it is still not there.

So, I thought I would check in with you and see if there is a tracking number or any way I might figure out where the book went.

I checked and verified that your package did go out. Sadly, it was not shipped via a trackable shipping method so I do not have any more definitive answers than that.

We are still within the estimated delivery time, though, so even if it has been delayed from the usual transit time, it will probably be showing up at any time now. We'll keep an eye out for it here, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will get you taken care of.

Just an update. I received my monthly subscriptions today in one day as usual.

I have not received my Tome of Horrors. I will be able to check tomorrow for it and then I will be gone and not able to check again until Monday or Tuesday.

Just thought I would give you an update. It still has not arrived.

Strange that also my Beginner Box Miniatures which I believe were shipped out the same day as my subscriptions (which I got the next day) also has not arrived.

It does not make any sense that the subscriptions make it in one day and the other things seem to take longer.

Keeping you informed. Still have not received my Tome of Horrors Unlimited which was shipped on Oct 24th I believe.

Today I did receive my miniatures though.
