If you are interested, we have several different regular Pathfinder Society games going around the DFW metroplex.
We have started a regular bi-weekly event at Area 51 in Grapevine every other Saturday for two sessions. There is another event at Comic Asylum in Richardson the same weekends on Sunday for one session. On the alternating Saturday, we meet at University of Texas, Arlington for two sessions. They are starting another (I believe) bi-weekly event at Y2Komics in South Fort Worth on (again so far as I know) Thursday nights for a single session.
Additionally, there are many home games happening across the metroplex. Ask around on the pathfinderdfw Yahoo! group. I'm sure you will receive several responses.

What part of Plano are you moving to ?
My group meats in garland but one of the players drives from plano.
Just email me if you want to join. We play sundays starting at noon till around 5 to 6 most of the time.

also, what kind of group do you have...level and classes?
First I work retail as well. So I know what your talking about. If you need to miss some it's not that big of a deal.
Right now I'm running Kingmaker. The players are 3/4 of the way thew book 2, and are level 7.
Characters use 15 point buy. All standard and 0HD races allowed. 3 traits one picked by me from the players guide to kingmaker to tie your character to the game. 3.5 feats allowed on a case by case.
Current characters
Human Oracle of Battle (Str build, wielding Fauchard:reach,trip)
Half Elf Bard (Str build, wielding Fauchard:reach,trip)
Human Warlord (Tower Shield & Falcata)
Human Ranger (Composet Long Bow, & Duel Falcata)
Half Elf Rogue (Compost Short Bow, & Duel Short Swords)

3rd party matiral is alowed as well. Or most of it there are a few exceptions.
