I have a level 3 urban barbarian
when i rage can i just switch what modifiers my rage enhances each round? or do i have to choose to end the rage then re rage to increase my dec
an example.
round one I am fighting cannibals i realize there ac is low enough that i could really use the +4 to dex instead of the str i am currently bumping with my rage. can I just switch to dex next round or do i have to end my rage then re rage if i do end my rage Don't i become fatigued and incapable of re raging until i calm down x amount of rounds?
I have never done barbarian before so a little shaky on the rules.
also I am fighting the same cannibals I have face punched 4 out of the 6 into the halls of vahalla i need to get healed I am currently surrounded and my cleric has a brash allergy to getting eaten so he can just channel energy to heal if he does i get healed and so do any cannibals that have currently been damaged by fist of fury. Unless he has the selective channeling feat correct?

I would assume you cannot change the rage bonus after it has been selected. The ability states, "when an urban barbarian rages," which I would take to mean it is selected when the rage begins.
You can indeed end your rage and choose to reallocate the bonuses. But, as you said, you would be fatigued for a number of rounds equal to twice the rounds in which you raged. The only way you could rage again sooner is if a spell or effect removed the fatigue.
You are also right on the channeling. Not only would your standing enemies be healed, but also fallen foes who are at negative hit points but not dead. There is nothing funnier/sadder than an inexperienced cleric firing off a channel at the end of a fight, only to see half their fallen enemies stand right back up and being round two.
