i was watching the Hitman movie (cause there was nothing better on tv), and it hit me, all these stories of making the perfect assassin, of organistations building their forces out of fear or emotionless guys... it never seem to work for them
why don't they foster a close knit comunity of fanatical individuals to the cause who would die for each other and have bonds so strong that they wouldn't betray each other or the organisation, much easier to deal with if something goes wrong...
so what you guys think?

What do I think? I think SIMPSONS DID IT! (Season 8, ep. 1: my personal favorite, "You Only Move Twice.") At last, I understood why those goons in all the old James Bond movies were willing to die for their psychopath of a boss.
