Wayfinder Ioun Stone

Rules Questions

Grand Lodge

How does the ioun stone work with this? Can a character have two ioun stones then? One slotted, the other with the stone? Does the wayfinder need to be worn for this?

Sovereign Court

Ioun Stones don't take up an item slot on your body, you can have as many as you want floating around your head. Being able to socket one into a wayfinder protects the ioun stone from being grabbed in combat and allows you to benefit from it while your sleeping/etc.

That's how you get the resonance too if your GM is using those rules. The Wayfinder would need to be on your person for this to work, not in an extra-dimentional space or something like that.

Speaking of resonance, where can I find the Wayfinder resonance rules? I'm not seeing it in the PRD.

+1

Sovereign Court

They can only be found in the Pathfinder Chronicles: Seeker of Secrets Book. They are campaign rules rather then standard RPG rules so they aren't in the PRD.
