I received last Monday notice about the beginner box being shipped. I suppose my order is being divided in two shipments as several past times but the second is being delayed many days. I suppose there´s no problem with it but, can you confirm me if everything is ok?

Thanks for checking in, the reason for that is because the Beginner Box was the first item we got to in our subscription shipments. We like to systematically ship out like items at the same time for speed and efficiency. The thing is that the Beginner Box requires a bit more finesse to pack than most of our items, so the entire shipment is taking a bit longer than usual. Rest assured though, the rest of your shipment should be going out very soon.
